This tasty cream cheese is created traditionally in the Schaukäserei Kloster Engelberg using fresh mountain milk. Mildly aromatic and with a white mold layer rind. This is the only bell-shaped cheese in the world! The etiquette shows a red christmas candle with the text “Frohe Festtage – Joyeuses Fêtes – Buone Feste”.
