Aargauer

The name makes it clear where the cheese comes from, and the people of Aargau are proud to identify themselves with this product. We produce this cheese from silage-free, pure Aargauer milk from Sarmenstorf and Künten. The Aargauer is ripened in our cellars for 4 – 6 months and regularly looked after until it has achieved its optimal aroma. A treat from the Aargau for cheese lovers everywhere!
