Bleu de Fribourg

A typical bue cheese with elegant and distinctive taste, respected by connoisseurs. The dough is pleasantly soft and the aroma brings to mind underwoods and mushrooms. This is one of the few blue cow’s milk cheeses that are still made in Switzerland.
