With good, fresh milk, a lot of craftsmanship and longstanding experience, we produce the Chäs-Fritz, an outstanding hard cheese. Patience and quiet combined with meticulous care by hand in in-house gelatine, this cheese ripens for about half a year in our cheese cellar. With its pure, spicy aroma, this superb cheese fares well with a glass of strong red wine or in the kitchen.
