Hauskäse

The fresh, pure milk is gently processed, without any additives, so the milk’s essentials isn’t lost. The treatment and ripening in our cheese cellar lasts at least 8 weeks and involves a natural smear development. This way, a mild and aromatic medium-hard cheese is created that appertains for daily consumption.
