This cream cheese is created traditionally in the Schaukäserei Kloster Engelberg using fresh mountain milk. Mildly aromatic and with white mold rind. The sweet cream cheese filling made from dried pears is mixed by hand in the cheese confectionery Eberle and carefully added.
