Landbueb mild

The Landbueb is created according to an ancient recipe, passed down over generations, which is how it gets its extraordinary and natural aroma. Afterwards, the cheese ripens in absolute quiet for at least 2 months in our cellar. During this time, it is regularly slathered in in-house gelatine and flipped.
