Seiler Bratkäse

This speciality from Obwalden is sometimes described as the little brother of Raclette. Originally melted up on the Alps over an open fire, today it is used for both hot and cold dishes. It is also extremely popular as a table cheese. Enjoy it with a glass of Dôle blanche or Schiller Rosé.
